Hamid Kuchak-Koutiani, 45, an Arab artist from Qanitra (Dezful), who had been severely injured by gunfire from the Islamic Republic of Iran’s security forces during protests, died on Sunday after several days in Dezful’s main hospital due to brain death caused by his injuries.
Meanwhile, Tasnim News Agency reported that Hamid Koutiani was injured during “riots” and subsequently lost his life.
This incident comes amid a continuing wave of shootings and the violent crackdown on anti-government protests across the country.
