Following the circulation of a public call for a protest gathering in the city of Bab Hani (Behbahan), at least four citizens were arrested by security forces on Tuesday evening, December 30.
According to reports, those arrested have been identified as Soltan Emamkhah, Amir-Mehdi Razm, Amirhossein Jafsh, and Abolfazl Ashnood. Sources indicate that the planned gathering began with the participation of a limited number of citizens, and after protesters chanted slogans, security forces intervened and dispersed the crowd.
Local sources have emphasized that Soltan Emamkhah, one of the detainees, is married and has a child. However, his family has so far received no information regarding his place of detention or current condition. No verified information is available about the status or whereabouts of the other detainees either.
